All the items came in individual boxes and plastic wraps. Make sure to read and follow the instructions and you will see good results, I used this on my gotie and beard, since my beard grows in long strands not full my beard hairs curl as they get longer, but once I used the beard straightener it really made a difference, it gave me that Viking looking beard. I then followed with the beard oil which makes your beard very soft. I used the balm in the morning just to style it. I hope this works for you as well.

I have naturally curly hair and this heated comb/brush straightened it right out. I like to slick my hair back on my head and often fight my curls. This even helped with that and I'm using the lowest heat setting. The beard oil also and balm is also a plus, it's slightly scented even though it says no sent, but not strong at all. It gives off a nice clean smell. Looking forward to more uses.

Bought this for my husband on a whim and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product. It's easy to use, I love that it's versatile, I could use it on my hair if I wanted to! I love the 360⁰ cord, to keep from tangling around the end. My husband liked the extras in the box, especially his little wooden beard comb (I like the smell of the balm and oil) would not use it to dry beard or hair, apply heat protection or oil and then use straightener, it may have some residue burnoff but that is normal.
