Our breathable cat backpack is great for larger “big boned” cats, 2 medium sized cats (yes, you can use it for two cats), or lots of kittens! All of our styles have a clip and bungee for you to attach a leash so your cat can “hang out” of the backpack!

Other than food, my cat likes one thing and it is a shoelace with a hair tie attached to it. I got this carrier because he gets so upset every time we go to the vet that he can barely be examined (even w/medication), I hoped getting a new carrier and attaching different feelings to it would help. I wear it in the front so that I can pet him while we walk around. I leave the top just a little open so that he can stick his head out. (Otherwise he jumps onto my shoulder, even tho he is attached to the carrier). He won’t admit it, but after three walks outside, he is starting to like it. It’s very sturdy and well made. Happy with my purchase.. which almost never happens with cat products.

best purchase for our kitties, hands down! Our two adventure cats have used the fat cat backpacks heavily for about a year and a half and the packs are still in great condition. We take the cats on lots of long walks, and sometimes it seems like they could keep going forever. When us humans are done, we just pack them up and it makes for a MUCH easier trek back to the car. It also helps a lot if a dog comes down the path that doesn't do well with cats - we can just quickly load them up. If we are doing a city or residential walk where the cats are getting overstimulated, the backpack gives some good containment to help them stay calm. Don't know what we'd do without these packs. And the bubble feature is just too fun - as you can see!

It’s perfect, my car fits perfect and she LOVES IT! I left it out so she could get used yo it and I’ve found her napping in the bag! It has been the best way to get her used to going outside again. After her trip to getting spayed she absolutely had a horrible time going outside but the bag has helped. She gets more comfortable going out and safe in her own space too. And the bubble window is part of her favorite things!!

I love this backpack, and we have one for each of our cats. They're harness trained, but we only recently got these bags so they are taking some time - mostly to not jump out. One design difference I think might help with this greatly is if the inside harness clip was towards the bottom of the bag. The clip is by the opening which gives cats more slack to feel like they can jump out of the bag.

My boys love the new way to travel. As they are two big boys taking them both in a cat carrier is difficult for me. Chang is used to a harness so he has been the first one to use the “Fat Cat” Backpack. It makes it easier for me especially as the last vets visit meant they both had to go so having one on my back made it easier to take the other in the carrier. My vets loved seeing them and how the backpack has made life easier for me. They also found it easier to get Chang out the backpack as Lao made it difficult to get him out the carrier. Once Lao is trained to his harness I will be taking them both out for excursions.
