I wasn't sure this would work for me, but my hair dresser insisted I get a larger wand than I had been using (1/2") if I wanted to straighten and lift my hair. She was right! I have very thick course hair. The combination of the high temperature and tourmaline material works very well to achieve the style I like. I do not use the brush feature so I cannot speak to how well it works. It has not damaged my hair at all even at the highest temp. Use caution especially if using on shorter hair, It does get HOT and quickly, so don't get too close to your scalp. I love it!

This is a very giftable curling iron. I bought it for me initially but my sister fell in love with it so I gave it to her and now I’m buying another. The packaging is beautiful, in a nice box, looks like a very expensive item. I had never seen one like these, where I don’t need to move my hand , there’s a button that will rotate the hair part making it really easy to use. The color is very beautiful and the curls were bigger natural looking curls which was what I wanted, I would highly recommend

This is great to save room on my counter.I don't use curling irons very often but I need one for those times I do.I do use the brush part f this daily now. I turn it on low heat to create waves with the brush part.The brush tongs are far enough apart that it doesn't snag easily and my hair is very fine and silky this greats volume also.This heats up in under 30 seconds and has an auto-off in case I forget to turn it off. The brush attachment is secured in place by the curling clamp.
