I love the heat and massaging of the knees after 20 to 30 min of this, my knees feel great. I used it this morning to warm up my knees and then was able to clean the house without pain! These are great for pre-treatment or just need to relive some of the aching. I am also all about doing anything that does not mean pills. The heat has helped me tremendously so far! Great product♥️
The only thing that is kinda a con is that the battery packs are kinda bulky and in the way, though I am not really sure how this would be addressed. It is easily dealt with, just a bit of feed back.
I totally recommend to anyone experiencing chronic pain in their knee joints.
