    I got this for my Shepherd Lab mix. He absolutely loves this thing. Hes super hyperactive so our Ifetch got a lot of use, and as such one of the rubber wheels on the motor wore down quite quickly. I reached out to the company and given the circumstances they not only sent me a replacement motor, but an additional backup in case it wore down again. So even if you have issues with yours the company is super responsive and helpful to set things right. Highly recommended.

    My dog loves this! It took her about a week to learn how to put the ball in herself but now she is constantly playing with it. Its by far her favorite toy. She could play with this for hours. I like that it has different settings on how far the ball will go when launched because we mostly play with it indoors and dont need it to go super far. Looking forward to playing with it outside once it gets warmer.

    I have a 7 yr old Silky Terrier/ Shih Zhu mix who is just shy of 20lbs and he loves this! It does make a soft grinding noise when it is getting ready to release the ball and that was a bit nerve wracking to my dog at first. Once he was over that, he really got into it. He has been smacked in the face a couple times on accident when he was checking out the device and the ball released, but it didn't hurt him and we made sure to teach him to stay behind it and wait. I chose this one because it was smaller and while this fits my dog, I want to make sure others know that the balls are SMALL! I was actually surprised at how small they were. The machine works great and I would definitely recommend this to others, especially if you want the extra exercise for your pet in the winter months!

    Wanted to get one for the longest time and finally pulled the trigger. I am quite pleased as my Bichon loves the darn thing. He gets so excited when you drop a ball in and he waits for it to fire. Absolutely hysterical, he never tires of it, still hasn`t dropped the ball in himself but he is getting close. Right now I sit in a deck chair next to the unit and drop the ball in for him. Sure saves my throwing arm from aching after endless throws. I can definitely recommend the Squash Balls as an alternative to the small tennis balls and they seem quite durable and resistant to being chewed on.

    I purchased this product and it's working great. My dog is an active dog who loves to run after balls. She also gets the balls wet with slobber. My dog was a little skitish from the clicks it makes so I dropped the ball in (but it won't go down,) and she retrives the ball from the top. I've had the launcher for only one day and my dog will figure out those little clicks on the launching won't hurt her. Now I just need to get her re-trained to fetch the tennis balls again like she use to before she got hooked on the squeeker ball. This product does just what it says it will do, but, read the instructions first (which I didn't and had some problem). If I had read the instructions first I wouldn't have had the flustration. Now it works great. Love it.

    We love it! My dog is addicted to this now! He will stand by it and has stuck his head in the output twice. However, he still makes me put them in the top. And this goes high! So the low setting is perfect for indoors. I prefer clean tennis balls in my dogs mouth. So now I have it in my computer room and it launches down the hallway. Stuart gets right in front of it and tries to catch them. Thank you! Because my dog needed the exercise! And I was worried about him because my last dog died from being overweight. I try as a dog mom. However, the dog treats are crazy bad for him. Tough love is hard. And I cave! So thank you for helping me with my fur baby!

    We bought this for our puppy to help tire her out during the winter when we couldn't play outside. We use this a couple times a month and now that we have a two year old we all play with it. We bought some off brand balls that were the same size and it still works great. It will still shoot balls that our dog has pulled the skin off on one side of the ball. We have not had any problems (fingers crossed) with this at all. Still works just as good as the day we bought it and as we played with this today my wife said we really needed to write a review and here we are.

    Our corgi was a little hesitant about this when we first took it out the box but now it is his new best friend! We did have to replace the tennis balls with non-fuzzy balls, as the little darling likes to eat the fuzz off of the tennis balls but other than that I would highly recommend this product.

    Bought this for my 12 pound toy fox terrier. He LOVES it! We can play for hours. I was hesitant at first because of the size of the balls, but now that I've seen him with them I'm not worried. It is sooooo much fun! *CAUTION- don't play for long periods of time on carpet. The pads of his feet became bloody and red from running and sliding across the floor to wall carpeting in my house. We now play outside in the grass and have had no issues.* Easy to travel with. I would buy this item again and recommend it to others.

    Works as advertised with wall power, I have never tried it with batteries. Our dog is learning to use it and enjoys it. The balls hold up alright but after a while our pup was able to tear them in half (not uncommon for her with tennis balls) we find that the small Kong squeaky tennis balls work well in the machine, are not as rigid or dense so they seem to stand up better to chewing and squeak! If your dog makes it their goal to destroy all balls we would recommend the Kong ones as a replacement when you need new ones for the machine. I would purchase this again.

    It works perfect. It's the training the dogs that make it difficult. They still like me to throw the ball rather than this. But we still do this sometimes for fun. They only use it if I sit next to it and tell them to drop it in. But the actual ball thrower is great! It hit them in the face and doesn't bother them. Read on a previous review it hurt someone's dog. I have a yorkie and a mini schnauzer. I've had no issues. Took a few days of training. So lots of patience is needed in small amounts of daily training. Cant go wrong with buying this! Its AWESOME!!!!

    I have two labs, one older and one young and very hyper. They both love this!!! We turn it down on the low setting and play with the older lab inside and its now the only way she will play ball. She's not very good with putting the ball in the top part, but I think she's just being stubborn. My other hyper lab loves it too!! Hours of entertainment. She's more rough with it and it doesn't give us problems. The battery life isn't the best, but it could also be us not charging it long enough. Once we get the iFetch out, they get super excited and we dont get to charge too long. The only other downside is when the ball gets too slobbery, it won't shoot it. No problem for us though, we just keep extra balls and change them out as necessary!

    It took a couple of days of training for my Corgi to get the hang of it. Now she loves it. She could play it constantly (OK, maybe she has an OCD problem). The battery life is pretty good. The one big down side is the cost of the balls.I should have checked it before I bought the unit. I probably would still buy it. I have tried using balls but they don't work as well. After customer service reached out to me and then replied VERY promptly to my email I am changing my review to 5 stars. Pretty awesome that they are willing to reccomend other balls to use with their product rather than doing what most companies would do and make you use their balls. Thanks

    Our standard poodle loves this thing! Took him about a week to figure out the concept of putting ball back in it, but he has it now. And one good hit in the head he learned to put tennis ball in from side not front. Lol. Great quality, not one that will tip over easily. Love the recharging ability, no batteries to worry about. It hasn't bogged down yet, even when wet grass from dew has gotten the tennis balls wet.

    I think I love it more than my chihuahua, it gives my throwing arm a break. She loves it too but thinks I have to be standing next to it for it to launch. We're working on it. It whirs and she wasn't sure what to make of it at first. After about a week, she's beginning to put the ball in it. Only bad thing is: she loves to test things with her nose, so she moves the trajectory. Other than that, I love this product so far. You can use any two inch balls. The lighter the ball, the further it flies. It hasn't damaged anything so far, not even my cat's face. Plug it in and go.

    My husband bought this for our Dutch-hound who is ball obsessed. We took our time and trained him on how to put the ball in and have to make sure he moves out of the way so it doesn't hit him. He backs up and gets a running start to catch the ball or be in the part of the yard he thinks it will land. We place a piece of wood under the launcher so the ball goes up higher.

    I bought this to leave at home for my dog while I am at work (before coronavirus of course). I've noticed that he does use it to play fetch and leaving it plugged in allows him to play whenever he wants. I recommend using the Chuckit balls with this as the fuzz on the balls they provide is not good for dog's teeth. The first one I ordered didn't throw the ball consistently but the customer service was great and they sent me a replacement promptly. I've had no problems with the replacement product.

    Battery killer, but works OK when plugged in. We play in the house on low setting and it's fine. Working on training dog to drop the ball in. The ball shoots upward at a slight angle so only one head boop so far. One minor snoot injury that got me in trouble; my doxie refused to talk to me for a bit, but not bad enough to be afraid to play again the next day. Happy with purchase.

    Playing with my puppy has been fun! This product comes with 3 small balls (not a standard tennis ball size) which is perfect for my mini schnauzer. It can be operated with electricity or batteries and have 3 setting to throw the balls to increase distance. I did notice that when operating it with batteries is doesn't throw as far but it also good since i use it mostly indoors. It makes a sound before throwing the ball and my puppy just loves it! He hears and waits for it and chases the ball once its released.

    This item is great!! I have a 15 lb miniature schnauzer and she LOVES this toy!! She will play until she is exhausted! I originally purchased the "couch potatoe" ball thrower and it was junk!! I returned and quickly purchased this! You truly get what you pay for! I stress to anyone interested, spend a little more for this one!! It is well worth it! They balls are much more sturdy ( not those stupid foam balls) and the machine has much more power and doesn't clog every 5 balls like the other one! Would buy this again!!

    Worth every penny. My dog is a ballaholic and we just dont have three hours a day to throw the ball for her, so this comes as a godsend. She is 10 and the vet says her blood work looks like that of a puppy. Im pretty sure its all the exercise. Her nostrils get wide, her eyes demonic red, and she chases that thing til exhaustion. We had one before that was the first ball thrower but it was too slow to launch for her. This one has 0 delay in launching so its just drop and chase x 1000000

    I am very pleased with our iFetch purchase. I wish it wasn't so pricey but the product itself works just as promised. It is taking our energetic pup some training to learn how to use it himself but he LOVES it. He knows to drop it in front of me or next to the iFetch but hasn't quite learned how to drop it in the top. I'm pleasantly surprised how quiet the launcher is as well, because I was worried that our dog would be afraid of it but he's not at all! I would definitely recommend the iFetch to other customers!

    My dogs love it! I have two small dogs and when it is too cold or wet outside and they can't get out, this is how we play. I aim the launcher toward the hallway and they chase after it and bring ball back to me every time. I use two balls and as one is brought to me, I launch the next. Keeps them busy and tires them out so I get a little peace and quiet on cold or rainy days. Still working on getting dogs to drop ball into machine but it works out great. I purchased Balls in extra small size as replacements when other balls are chewed or lost. They are cheaper to replace and work well with the machine and are a bit sturdier.

    I purchased this about 5 days ago. My dogs love it! I'm getting them both to bring the ball back but neither has dropped the ball in the unit, yet. I have not used batteries yet but would probably use rechargeable batteries as I do in my auto sensing trash can if I ever decide I need batteries. The cord works great and I'm not planning on moving the unit a bunch. I did purchase extra 1.5" balls from another supplier because they were cheaper in cost. Three balls will not last long with my dogs as they already pull the fabric off of tennis balls.

    I meant to write this a bit ago but Ive had this for a year and still absolutely love how excited my boy gets over it! Highly recommend even for inside an apartment (my neighbors might be slightly annoyed but I dont care). I plug it in and just keep rotating the balls until Jax gets tired. I have a chihuahua terrier mix and the little balls are the exact same size as the ball mini. Theyre perfect for his size. Do yourself a favor and order this for your dog! The slow motion videos are hilarious.

    Got the large version fits normal tennis balls, its fantastic! I didnt have any auto off issues, I left it plugged in & power switch on and it worked all day even with hours long breaks in between use. Very easy to operate & the random distance it launches keeps my dog guessing which is great. Im still training her to drop it in on her own, but once she masters that I know this will keep her busy all day while Im at work! It was expensive but I dont have any buyers remorse this is exactly what I had hoped for!
