Am a man. Very sharp and heavy blade. I was surprised by how thick the metal was. The weight of the knife might tire someone with smaller or more delicate hands. It’s beast at chopping. I use the wide blade as a sort of spatula when doing prep work in the kitchen. I bought this because it’s much like Almazan Kitchen blade on YouTube.

Great knife. It's become my go-to for separating chickens and cutting root vegetables. I've only used it a couple times on other things, but I try to keep my knives separated by task so I can rely on them better. It's nice because the back of the knife is so tall that often, it stays above what I'm cutting, so it stays nice and clean and easy to control.
