   My husband has cerebral palsy and no cartilage in his knees because of his drop foot gait. So he is in constant pain on a daily basis. He works at a job where he can sit most of the day but it still causes a lot of pain. I got him these to try and give him a little more relief. He put them on, adjusted the temperature and played with the many modes of massage settings until he found the one he liked the most. He likes the pulse mode best so far. He found it relaxed him so well, he fell asleep! When it was done, he said it was amazing and his knees felt more relaxed than he remembers for a very long time. We look forward to using this as a therapeutic aid more regularly!

   These work really well. I carry a bunch of weight on my knees and the get stiff/sore often. I use these after a hard day and feel the relief almost immediately. I like that they plug into the wall and offer a good amount of heat and vibration. It also makes me take a break and get off my feet. These are working great.

   The vibration works well. After turning on 10 mins with max heat, I feel quite hot then I reduce the heat to min level. It seems to help heal the knee joint greatly with vibration and heat. 20 mins for a session is good to me.

   Although it's mainly stated as for knee use we actually use it for shoulders and elbows too, or really anywhere that you can get comfortable coverage on. Since there's two straps and the material is pliable it's relatively easy to get it to a right fit for different sizes. This thing is great for everything from helping with muscle fatigue and recovery to general comfort. After a extreme day of hiking we usually resort to a warm compress to help with muscle recovery and this does that but with the addition of vibration massage which is a something that is even benecial to be used on its own. The heat keeps it nice and toasty, enough for a comfortable level without being too overbearing. We'll be glad to have this along during winter outings where warmth in the right places can make a big difference.

   We like everything about this product it has helped loosen up the knees and enabled us to exercise more effectively. Walking also has become much easier. I would highly recommend this product to anyone suffering from arthritis knees which I have since an operation to remove cartlidge in 1981. I work very heard to avoid having knee replacement and this will be a big help. Thankyou
