We're delighted with the dumplings. When rolling dumplings, it does not bend and dumplings are cut off from each other perfectly. If the dough is not very sticky, then the dumplings fall out of the form without problems. Dumplings are not big. I would like the same aluminum shape, but under large dumplings, as we like big dumplings, because they are more meat. The form itself is quality, there are no burrs, in the original packaging. The seller sent the parcel quickly, I did not communicate with him because there was no need. Definitely recommend.

I have different ideas to try like birria lamb with mozzarella cheese with garlic dough made into raviolis and deep fried to dip in birria sauce. Or dessert ideas like sweet cinnamon dough with cheesecake and raspberry sauce deep fried raviolis. Or even traditional meet and cheese raviolis boiled until done. Love it!

This thing was a perfect replacement for the one my mom lost (she had the old one for 20+ years). Now granted, these are a big smaller but they work like a charm. She managed to make a few hundred pelmeni in no time. Just be sure to put plenty of flour all over it before putting the first layer of dough.
