I absolutely LOVE this hula hoop. Yes, the first time I got gnarly bruises and that's because I wasn't in shape so of course it hurt and I was sore. I waited a week to start again and I was fine. Now I hula hoop 4-6 times a week at 20-30 minutes and my core has improved completely. This is a FUN way to exercise and have already recommended it to others.

I hula every night while watching TV. You need to follow the instructions regarding building up your time. It is a little painful when you first start so you do have to increase the time gradually. It's only been two weeks and I am up to 10 minutes per session now and there isn't any pain at all. I am beginning to see some results too. Love it!

Received my Hoop, and I have been using it every day since. I had to work up to the maximum 10 minutes twice a day. I can go the entire 10 minutes without dropping the hoop. I am loving the results I see. I have trimmed several inches off of my waist, I am 65 years old, if I can do it anyone can.
