   I love this chopper! I cook a lot of small dishes as a single guy, the size of this chopping receptacle is perfect for dishes up to four people but also perfect for small single dishes with multiple ingredients at the same time. I've tried lots of other choppers and many of them seem to be poorly designed but this one sharp and accurate just like cutting with a knife. Definitely would recommend this product.

   I was never very good at cutting up onions to add to soups and meats, or whole pecans, or my favorite, jalapenos. I bought this to do it for me and is long overdue. It is everything I wanted. It does all of these perfectly. It is easy to disassemble and clean. Best purchase I made this year.

   This chopper is everything I need in a manual, quick and easy to use appliance to chop nuts, garlic, onions, etc. I like it because it is small enough to store easily and pull out when needed. It is easy to clean, another great feature when you just want something quick to use.

   It is safe to use, I.e., the user is unlikely to cut/injure themself using this product. The user must be careful to properly screw on the plastic transparent shield before chopping.. . For me this product is easy to clean because I mostly cut vegatables and they rinse off easily. If “sticky” food like meat or carbs was chopped using this product, it world probably be difficult to clean and a automatic dishwasher would be recommended to clean it.

   This is just what I wanted. I anticipate a lot less sliced fingertips and much less time taken to mince those little things that are difficult for me to handle. And I don't have to have the smell of wonderfully pungent garlic on my hands for days afterward. What I didn't expected (guess I didn't read the description thoroughly) is that I can chop directly on my cutting board. How excellent is that! Well made, easy to clean and put away, and thoroughly functional.

   Purchased to replace Pampered Chef chopper. Purchased this product based solely on price. This product is well made and works great per my wife. Only difference is that she feels that the Pampered Chef chops a little finer than this product but she is quite happy with this item.
