I like the fact that mine stopped working, and when I contacted customer service and she said that she was going to replace the device for me, which she did not have to do because it's been after 30 days. So I'm giving them a good rating because I think that's great customer service.and believe it or not people look at the star ratings,I know I do ,and if I see good stars I'll order.

I purchased this to use instead of my derma roller. The derma roller was an off brand. It has always given me good results but I wanted something more professional. I figured I would get better results. I’m still on my first battery charge and this is after doing my whole face and a scar on my hand. The process took less than half the time as my derma roller. Yes, it’s painful at lower speed settings. It works great at higher speed settings with minimal pain, just keep it moving. Don’t set it on your face and randomly stab your skin because it will hurt. I used mine between 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 mm because my naso labial areas were thick and the needles didn’t penetrate. You are supposed to use this product every four to six weeks.

My esthetician wanted me to have microneedling done to help with some acne scaring. I cannot afford the 350 session it costs. I would need 4-5 sessions. After much research and many tutorials watched I bought this pen. I highly recommend this pen. It's easy to use and works well. Worth the money for sure.

I love this pen. It's really nice. I'm so glad I bought this. I spend 175 for session microneedling and loved the results but paying so much each time was off putting. I did allot of research and saw you could buy the pen and just do it yourself. If you are thinking about doing this take the leap! I saw so many videos of estheticians using this same model pen charging hundreds of dollars per treatment! Microneedle isn't some gimicky facial treatment the results are amazing especially for acne scars and minor wrinkles. I'm going to stay young forever lol. This pen is really easy to use. My only issue is that it is a little heavy so it can strain your wrist a little if you use it for a long time. I also use this for nano needling once a week. Love the price love this pen buy it!
