I find that if I put it on bare leg it makes a red spot. so I put it over slacks or capris. worth the money for me . my friend who is a message therapist tells me how it works, I don't care how, I only care that it works, and reasonably priced.

I was rather skeptical, but I figured I’d try pretty much anything at this point. I don’t have a little bit of nerve pain. I have crawl to the bathroom because I just can’t walk type pain. This thing works. I don’t know how. I’m just thankful it does. I like to be active and when I wear this brace, I am able to walk with very little to no nerve pain. I can sit for a while and stand up with very little nerve pain. I am not a little woman and it fits with plenty of room. If you are little, seems to be plenty of room to fit nice and tight. Best of luck to those in pain and a huge thank you to those who design and sell this thing. It’s been nothing short of miraculous for me.

Had extreme lower back pain for a year. It was probably siatica as the pain pulsates down my legs and groin for over a year. I bought two as a last resort where I found them on As Seen on TV and didnt think it would work but they worked like a miracle. I bought them online recently for a friend with similar problems and have recommended to friends. It may not work for you, but they worked for me. My sister was having some sciatica issues. I had already purchased one for my husband and one for a friend. They were both pleased. I had one sent to her. She let us know that it was a great help and was grateful for the pain relief she got from it. Give it a try!! We just shared the link with another friend. If the brace is used properly it does bring relief. You still need to do some stretches that your doctor shared with you. This brace is an amazing "enhancement" to your efforts and will help ease your discomfort. Too many times people just want the easiest solution with the least amount of personal effort. Use the brace in combination with your doctors advice.

I have sciatic issues causing pain down my leg. This really helps decrease pain and can take it away! I had one of these already, but loaned it to a friend since I was doing better, and apparently she loved it since I never saw it again. So I am buying another one. :) If you are in sciatic pain, try it. Its pretty amazing. It got me to my back surgery and has helped with flare ups since.
