Worth the price great tool to tone and workout with where real weights aren’t available. It won’t get you any gains but it will tighten and tone easy to use and keep in the trunk of your car so you cam basically do all kind of upper body workouts while on break at work waiting on your kids to finish recitals or waiting on your wife to shop

Because of covid, we don't go the gym anymore. I bought these so we can get in shape. My husband was a complete skeptic but we have been using this for 2 weeks and like it!!! You definitely feel the burn. It's easy to use. We looked up videos of exercises to help us with a workout regiment.

The Redge Fit exercise band has been extremely useful during the gym closures of Covid-19 . I was able to stay in shape all from the comfort of my home. The device is so quick and easy to put together and feels stable and secure. I am able to adjust the length of the straps for different exercises and positions with a simple pinch on the clasp and pull to correct length. The resistance bands are also extremely easy to put on and take off with just a simple carabiner. The fact that it quickly breaks down to store in the bag it comes with is a big plus. Using creativity or the videos provided with purchase you are able to target and hit each muscle group and get a great workout.

This portable exercise band is what I need for travel or even in the office to do some quick exercise and burn some calories. It is very convenient and comes with a storage bag. Would recommend for getting back into shape. Equipment was very easy to assemble and adjustments can be made for different people's size.

I am very happy with this pilates bar. I specifically bought this bar because it has hooks. I can connect many bands if needed. I really like that this came with an over the door stopper as well. The handles are made with good quality and can be used for the feet instead.

I was conflicted for a long time whether I overpaid for this item. Other bars don’t let me add more bands. Also other bars snap in half easily. Or the handles don’t last. I feel like I made a good choice getting this bar even though it was pricey.
