I have been using this product for a few days now and I absolutely love it! It was super easy to set up and is very compact when placed back in the travel bag. I travel for work and this will be going with me each trip to work out in my hotel. This is a high quality set for a great price. The resistant bands can be switched out very easily too.

I’m very excited about this Pilates bar with resistance band. This is everything I have ever wanted in a home gym for days I’m unable to make it to the gym. The wall poster included shows over 20+ work out programs you could follow and hanging the poster on my wall keeps the motivation going. The extra resistance band is helpful when I decide to go hard at it. I will definitely buy this product again as a gift.

I love this little set! You can use it all together or get creative and use different parts of it to accomplish different exercises. Everything is really sturdy so I’m not scared about anything snapping or something. Love the heavy duty clips cause I can get use out of them for other stuff when not using the equipment. All in all a great buy to keep a versatile home exercise routine going.

I received this product a few weeks ago and have been using multiple times a week for strength training. This kit is super easy to use and comes with an instructional guide which shows all of the exercises you can do with the bands. The weights are easily adjustable and have been a staple piece in my at home workouts. Going to order another set for my friend!
