I like the gym, but due to COVID, I have fallen off. If you travel for work or want to workout at home, it is compact and will fit in your carry-on bag or checked bag easily or put on a shelf till your next home workout. It comes with a booklet that shows you step by step all the different exercises you can do—targeted workout and easy-to-follow instructions. .Hotel gyms are closed, so this is a GREAT alternative to help you keep up with your fitness goals. I had an issue with my order and sent the case via Amazon; the company responded RIGHT AWAY and resolved the issue. Customer service is excellent. I feel that they genuinely want you to have what you ordered. This seller will be on my list for anything that I am looking for, and if they have it, I will buy it from them.

This is a great standalone set or addition to bands with handles for those doing calisthenic/outdoor/at home exercise. Particularly in this day and age when it may be less safe to go to the gym, I find this a good addition to my existing equipment. You can do curls, shoulder presses and tricep pressdowns. If you are trained, the resistance will not be enough for squats or rows, but its still worthwhile as with most elastic band sets you only get to do single joint movements. This allows an array of multiple joint movements. Quality is very high as well.
