The socks are soft and I think they recharge in a couple of hours and I wear them at home and I love them.But I wear this pair of socks outdoors, they are the best.They provide enough warmth to make my feet comfortable.My feet feel frozen without them.I hope they last a long time.The battery pack is small enough that it doesn't interfere with anything and doesn't stick to your legs.Once you open it, the heat is very rapid. All in all, it's a great product.These socks are very easy to use because they are so long that the joystick is on top of the boot.You can use special plugs to charge both batteries at the same time, which is good, so they can be ready at the same time.They are soft and will soon warm up, which will make the snow ploughing better this winter

I bought this pair of socks as a present for my wife. Her feet get cold when we go walking in the winter. We are very satisfied with this product. They keep her feet very warm at the medium setting on the switch. They are well constructed. They fit her feet well because there is a choice of size, unlike some of the other "one size fits all" products. I posed a question to the seller before buying about which size of sock corresponds to my wife's foot size, and had an answer within a few hours. As an aside, we also bought the electric mittens from this vendor, and have similar comments on them.

Apparently I have bad circulations on my feet. While fishing in 33 degrees weather and wearing 1200g insulated boots my toes were still getting cold when sitting for one hour. Not anymore ! I used the socks in the last 4 days on low heat settings and my toes never got cold again.

I got these for my husband during hunting season but I may keep them foe myself! We charged them up and tried them out! My husband was worried they would heat up everywhere except the toes but he didn't need to. The toes get nice and toasty! I like them and I'm glad he will be warm this season!

My girlfriend has a health condition that results in poor circulation to her extremities so her feet are always cold except on the hottest days, so I bought her these to help with that. She absolutely loves them and they're probably the best gift I've ever purchased for anyone. Whether she's relaxing on the couch or we're outside cleaning out duck ponds and coops her feet are comfortable. They're very well stitched and fit snugly enough that the weight of the battery in each one isn't an issue.
