My kiddo has never actually been sick on a car ride, but he always gets queasy after about 20 minutes in the car. Rather than drug him for something that probably won't happen, I figured I would try these.

They work. He puts on the glasses when the tummy thing starts and after a couple of minutes he says he feels better. It may be psychosomatic, but it makes car trips more pleasant and less anxiety ridden for everyone.

Update: I forgot them on our way to a specialist out-of-town. It wasn't pretty. Never forgetting them again.

I tried these glasses out from a different seller a year or so ago and was so pleasantly surprised at how well they worked for both of us on a long road trip. No car sickness at all! We then bought them for our niece and a friend, and they no longer have car sickness issues either. The only complaint I had was that they slipped off my nose easily.

We tested these glasses on a 3.5 hour car ride and my son did not get sick! In fact, he fell asleep. The cord made it easy to adjust to fit his head. The case makes it convenient to keep them in the car, either in the console or glove box. Every time I look in the rearview mirror and see my son wearing them, I have to smile...so darn cute!

These glasses seemed to help my 7 year old that suffers from motion sickness in the car. We learned not to keep them on the entire trip, as it didn't seem to help much. However, if she wore them for about 10 minutes, then removed them, there was improvement. The glasses are likely made for a larger face; however, it came with cord that we were able to tighten around her head and keep them snug. So that was a nice bonus! It also came with a nice case to keep them in. I'm hopeful that as she gets older, it will help even more.

My girlfriend gets car-sick on twisty roads, so much so that there are places we can no longer visit because she gets sick on the two-lane road. I saw a piece on TV about glasses like this and bought this pair as sort of a Hail Mary play, thinking, frankly, that they wouldn't work but that they were cheap enough that I could afford to risk taking the chance.
