I bought a satin pillow cover and sewed it in half to fit this pillow. It stunk the first 2 days, but it's fine now. I even took it with me on a trip. Works great to stick your arm through, but I also invert it and sleep with it cradling my neck. Then as I tend to roll from side to side for old hips, it rocks and supports every position. This was a GREAT find!

Really, a life saver for me. It’s such a small pillow but has improved my sleep remarkably. Being able to put your arm under a pillow without adding the weight of your head, is awesome!!! Your head and neck are aligned. I am no longer sore in the morning. I know it works for me. I’m sure it will work for others too.

Absolutely wonderful!!! I am a side sleeper with wide shoulders so I've tried NUMEROUS pillows however I would wake up with neck or shoulder pain almost every single morning. I was skeptical about trying this pillow based on some reviews I read and just the way it looked. I'm so glad I bought it though. It has relieved my soreness and pains. I picked this pillow because it was the only one advertised as having its own cover, which is important. Anyway, it does what it's supposed to do and is very comfortable, perfect for sleeping on one's side although possibly a bit too big for comfortably sleeping on one's back without a period of adjustment. I haven't tried any other pillows of this type to compare it against, but this does what I was looking for it to do when I purchased it.
