I was skeptical it would work but it does work!!! I have some cellulite on my legs both in the back and front. And although it isn't so bad, it bothers me. I tried this and I see the difference with only 3 times of using it! It is painful if you use it with deeper suction and only uncomfortable if you use it with light pressure. However, I notice if you do it with deeper suction it works more. I have notice a difference and I'm a believer now. My mother has water retention problems so she easily gets the appearance of cellulite in her arms because of it. We tried it on her and it reduce the appearance of celluite on her arms instantly!!! Plus it works great on sore muscles as well!! It's literally multifunctional. Also, I notice that some users said it works but if you stop using it you get the cellulite back... This hasn't happen to me although I took a break from it. It probably has to do with how deep your cellulite is, perhaps??? Nonetheless I recommend!!!

It took me couple tries to learn how to get the best suction, but I finally have it down. First you have to squeeze the cup and then let it go when placed on skin. This will get you the best suction as you drag the cup through your skin. Must apply massage oil first. I bought this to help alleviate water retention in my legs, I sit all day at desk job. It’s too soon to tell results, but the quality of the plastic cups are very good.

I have hashimotos disease and I'm pregnant and started to notice very bad cellulite with the weight gain. The cups hurt so good. Some parts are painful to suction, others aren't as bad. You can change the amount of suction pressure by how much you squeeze it before placing it on your skin. I'm not really sure of the proper way to do it, but I start with the large one and go over my legs and arms a few times and then go over it again with the smaller one. I finish with the massage pad, which is also excellent to use in the shower!

I was skeptical about this, but just like everything if you want it to work you have to be consistent. If it's you first time trying cupping start easy on the suction and then increase intensity slowly, and use plenty of oil or it will hurt. I treated my thigh cellulite for 4 weeks every other day and it's pretty much gone, keep in mind I didn't have much to begin with. It also made my skin feel tight and soft.

These do work but you have to use it properly. Hard to use at first and very painful but with regular use it is the only think that has ever worked for me. Keep using it daily for best results. Use with soap or oil. I use in the shower with soap..it definitely hurts but keep doing it and the pain eventually will stop after some time. If you're not going to commit to regular use then no need to buy it.. it's not a one time use fix.
