Easy as pie to assemble, was done in less than 30 minutes and it is now the centerpiece to our backyard! The flame is adjustable and REALLY is an eye catcher! Looks like it would be perfectly at home in some vacation spot grotto! I can’t recommend this product enough, we LOVE IT! Could put off more actual heat, but then we would probably never the. On during the Summer months so, it’s perfect mix of warmth and beauty.

This is a good product. It has the conical style that is really very appealing. The construction looks very nice. It heats an area several feet in diameter. The flame is impressive and is easily adjustable. It does not use a lot of propane. Assembly was very easy; the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It is quite tall, so I needed a ladder to assemble things at the top. No big deal. If our outdoor parties get large enough, I will be buying more of these.

Instructions were clear and easy to follow which made assembly fast and easy to put together. All parts fit well and finished product was attractive- it put out more warmth than expected with the beauty of gas flame a treat. Only average grade was quality of nuts and bolts, they seemed to be lite duty instead of heavier duty. Never less heater is a great preforming, good looking, and effective heat for your patio. Recommend buy .

I have not used it as yet, but it took 2 people to put it together.....you’ll need help to hold parts together to tighten or just to put on screws. It’s longer than I thought, but still stylish and good price for the product. My patio is a little big and I hope it keeps us warm on those balmy days in the fall. When i opened box, glass cylinder was broken but was easily replaced by seller and i'm so happy with the product especially now with the COVID pandemic. We can meet outside in the garden and be together during the Thanksgiving holiday. Thank you for the great service!!!!

We are outside people and with colder weather settling in here in the Northeast, we wanted to extend the outdoor season as long as possible so we can have socially distanced gatherings without having indoor events. This is the perfect fit. Assembly took me, taking my time, Unser 2 hours and all the parts were neatly packaged and labeled. Included was a flat wrench and screwdriver (you’ll be happier if you use your own tools). Arrived a week earlier than this website estimate. Great heater and throws out a lot of comfortable heat.

I bought this in order to extend my use of my patio into the fall. I knew I wouldn't be going far from home during the quarantine, but I wanted to be able to relax and read in the garden as long as possible before winter. The heater is attractive, quick to light and provides very adequate warmth. So far I have been able to sit outside comfortable as long as the temperature is 55 degrees or more. I wear a light jacket and sometimes take a stadium blanket, but the heater makes it quite cosy.
