I really like the size of this heat pad, very large and soft unlike my older ones that just have a thin sock cover over them. It gets plenty warm for my back aches and I throughly appreciate the size. Note that if the light starts flashing ensure the plug at the heat pad connection is secure. Mine quit for a short while before I did some research.

Fantastic, soft warmth (I use it on the lowest setting, which feels more natural to me and not so "fried"). I highly recommend this for anyone experiencing chronic morning stiffness in their neck and shoulders, or during any time of the day! My dream is to find a battery pack for it so I can wear it while walking around. Perhaps I love it just for the fuzzy cover, or that it seems to bend more freely than other (cheaper) heating pads I've tried. I can't feel any big wires under the fabric, just thin ones, and even though you can hear a little plastic moving around when you bend it it's not stiff at all.

After looking at so many of these blankets melting, or catching fire, I was afraid to get one. This one seemed to be the best one of all others, and have to say it is great! It is soft and solid, not just a sheet of plastic with a cover over it. It heats up quickly, and evenly and is extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this one.

The lowest setting is actually plenty warm enough for me. The hottest setting is very toasty which is nice for extreme back pain. The cover is easy to take off and put back on after washing.

Also, the cover is very plush and soothing. Only complaint is that the cover is not removable, so you can't throw it in the wash.
