    I originally bought the 44lb unit and it was too easy. I purchased the 66lb device and am very pleased with the results that strengthen my arms, shoulders, and grip. Using the recommended 4 exercises in 3 sets, 20 reps each will give a good workout. But I also bought the Odoland Wrist Strengthener and combined the 4 recommended exercises into 3 sets of 20 each. When two exercise units are used together in 4-exercise sets, it provides excellent upper-body training, especially when used with 20-minute extra step workouts. Or ride a bike indoors. I am very pleased with the consolidation results. I'm 70 years old and have found these two complementary exercises to give better results than my dead weight

    Is what's in the manual that comes with the instructions they have different levels when buying the weight class I have 44lbs and if you are stable it will really work worth buying and you are highly recommended to buy 66lbs. You can always buy a heavier weight class but it's fine for me to work these arms and do a little bit of exercise in a couple of hours like hours or lots of different exercises to choose from for it....

    This was a very worthwhile purchase. Gyms just aren't as safe anymore during a pandemic, so I wanted to buy some good strength training equipment that wouldn't take up much space in my home. This chest expander plus a weighted bar and dumbbell fit the bill nicely. Material quality is good and I can work out my arms and pecs. When I'm done it leans against the wall without much of a footprint. Recommended as part of a well-rounded workout.

    This product works as advertised. I am impressed but my wife is even more impressed with the results so far. Easy to use and plenty of different muscle groups to work on. My favorites are the triceps, back, and abdominal muscles workout. It’s a wonderful equipment to have at home even if you go to the gym.
