I bought it about a month ago, and I'm definitely not sure it's a "keeper". I have been using the device for about a month and am very satisfied. Since I'm an older weightlifter, my goal is no longer big muscles. I want to maintain my strength and tone my muscles. The push-down bar is a winner for me. I can really feel the muscles working and I notice a significant difference in firmness.

I got 44lb and 66lb resistance and 44 is too easy for me but 66 is just right, do what you want and I hope it helps you find what works for you.

After reading other reviews, it was a tough choice between 44 lbs and 66 lbs. Glad I hit 66 lbs.. I'm average height and build (maybe even a little heavier)... I can hit 12 to 15 reps per set.. Alternative chest exercises great for home gym... Totally satisfied.

Everything looks exactly like in the description of the goods. I took the expander with maximum load. It is elastic enough and for me the load is a little big. I hardly did, but I was able to perform the exercises shown in the video. Expander with maximum elasticity should take only trained people with very strong hands. The simulator is made of durable plastic matte and pleasant to the touch. Fastened with screws. Handle rubberized. Light, you can throw in a sports bag and train at work. Great for training hands, arms and body muscles involved in wrestling martial arts, aikido, etc. In my opinion, an excellent expander. The seller did not send the goods immediately, but only a week after the order. In the rest of the claims to the seller I do not have. Product and seller recommend.

This thing is great I think, it will work nicely into my workout regimen. I handed to my daughters yeah, both of them who are 12 and 16, and they cannot make it budge. So I will agree that it's not for someone who is weak, I would disagree with 1 review I saw, where it said a ten-year-old could do it, both my daughters could not even make it budge. Overall great product!
