I’ve been using this product regularly for the past few weeks and I will say I’ve begun to notice more definition and toning in my chest area which is what I was hoping for. I don’t expect to get ripped, but that was never my intention when I purchased this product. There is a pamphlet included that show different exercises, but it can be a little confusing on how to execute them properly at first, but I managed to get the hang of it so that I feel the burn of the muscles I’m trying to workout. The device itself is quite sturdy and well constructed. I do plan on buying the higher lb versions in the future. My husband also started using it just to help stretch his back and shoulder muscles to help alleviate problems from a past car accident and it’s been helping him do that as well.

Such a great investment!! I brought it after some friends recommended it to me. Unbelievable breast pump. After two years, it works like new for its price. Get technical on how you should use it and you won't have a hard time and will be as proud of this investment as I am. I would recommend buying the 44lbs even if you are a beginner as you can work your way up to get stronger and you will have no problem buying the 66lbs as you get stronger. The product will make your entire upper body stronger.

I bought a V-shaped upper body exercise machine for special use during my stay at home during the pandemic. While I like it, it only does one movement for the arms and chest. Then, I saw on TrabyHand, In addition to squeezing the arms and chest, the push-down bar offers some exercises to help the arms, chest, back and abs. As I get older and care about staying in shape, this is an easy to use device that I think will be useful and safe to use.

I wanted a multipurpose tool for my limited exercise area. This fits the bill nicely. I use it for triceps, chest, and ab workouts.Obviously this wont give you the big gains like the thousand dollar machines from an actual gym, but that's not what I'm after.In the included papers there's several exercises(with photos). While you can work do biceps, it feels a bit weird to me, I'll stick to dumbbells for that.
