it is so nice that such devices exist! I was using the Trivia for 4 periods now and I don't wait once I get hard pain and turn the device on when feel the the pin is coming. And then, it is gone! I feel more relaxed while using it. Moreover, each time I feel better and better. Of course, not all of the discomfort has gone, but it's so much better without pain. Suggest to but the pack of gel pads as you should use a new pair each period.

I bought this for my 16 year old. She periods have kept in bed. We got this as a last afford. The first day of her period usually means not leaving the house. As soon as she turned the device on she felt so much better. It didn't take all the discomfort away however it made it so she could move and be functional. I totally recommend this device for anyone who has bad cramps.

I have medium to a very severe cramps. I tested this device only once and it helped to mange medium cramps better than ibuprofen. The only problem is battery life. It lasts only 10-12 hours and then you need to recharge. The cramps come back in 20-30 minutes after you take the device off. Not enough time to fully charge the battery again
