I have had some degree of back pain for many years. I believe that the pain is caused mostly from my spine not being supported properly while sleeping. I have used this pillow while side sleeping and sleeping on my back and have felt much improvement in how my back feels in the morning.

He said everyone should sleep with one rather you sleep on your back, side, or stomach (he recommended not stomach sleeping). He had a link to this pillow and I absolutely love it! I tried a different lower back support pillow before, but found that it made my back sore. This new one is much better. I like the removable lower section. Right now I don't need it. If the part I am using compresses over time I can put the lower section back in, and should be able to maintain good support.
