Description

Apnea Tongue Stabilizing Device

Our unique Apnea Tongue Stabilizing device is an effective and noninvasive anti-snoring medical device. It provides an easy solution for the treatment of snoring problem. It´s comfortable, one-size-fits-all solution which uses tongue displacement technology.

Prevent the snore
More than 60% of the adult population suffers from problem snoring and every year this number increases.

The more older people becomes tissues in the upper airway lose elasticity and tend to vibrate more during breathing, increasing the incidence of snoring when the airway is reduced during sleep, the tongue is more easily sucked into the back of the throat and obstructs the airway.

  • Sixty percent of men and 40 percent of women over the age of 40 are habitual snorers.
  • Snoring is common in children between the age of 2 to 7, particularly if they have a chest infection or enlarged tonsils.

If left untreated sleep apnea, this can result in growing number of health problems just as:

  • High Blood Pressure
  • Heart Stroke
  • Heart Failure, Irregular Heartbeats, Heart Attack
  • Diabetes
  • Depression
  • Worsening of ADHD

With our device you don’t have to mold or trim it, nor do you need to fuss with any jaw adjustments.

This device gently suctions to the tip of the tongue, preventing it from falling back into the throat and obstructing the airway. In addition it prevents clenching and tooth grinding by positioning the tongue between the upper and lower teeth.

  • Made of soft medical-grade silicone.
  • One size fits all model.
  • It does not requires impressions, nor adjustments and has no moving parts.

Instructions:

  • Place the device in your mouth, it should rest between your front teeth and the lips. The protruding bulb is outside of your mouth.
  • The side with the small cut on the dive should go to the bottom side of the mouth.
  • Squeeze the bulb to let out air.
  • Place your tongue in the tube and release the bulb. This creates suction vacuum and your tongue attaches to the bulb area of the device.

Common Causes of Snoring

  • Supine body position (lying face up)
  • Large tonsils, long soft palate or uvula
  • A tongue that relaxes too much during sleep

Here you can see what it looks like beside another popular model. Their shapes are quite different. This one positions with the flaps against your lips, outside of your mouth. With the other one, the flaps fit inside your mouth, in front of your teeth. (Also, that one was misshapen when it arrived, as you can see in the photos.)

It's the second I buy after a year of wear and tear of the first device. Abityarsi is very easy and has given me great results. I no longer have nocturnal choking nightmares, daughter and husband manage to sleep and only wake up if a cough causes me to miss the device. I feel more rested and in the morning I just have a mild numbness on the tip of the tongue that passes after a few minutes.. for me great non-invasive system that I recommend safuranente

I've snored for years but it's got worse recently, prompting me to finally do something about it. I've tried throat and nasal sprays in the past and they didn't help. Did some research online and discovered that I was a "tounge snorer". To figure this out yourself, gently hold your tounge between your teeth and see if you can simulate snoring. If you can't then this is the device for you. Takes a bit of getting used to for sure. I'm most comfortable sleeping on my back but unfortunately this is when my snoring is at its worst as the tounge falls back in the mouth, blocking the airways and causing snoring. This little device holds your tounge forward, preventing that. I feel really refreshed after 2 nights, didn't realise how much my snoring was affecting my quality of sleep - it was certainly affecting my wifes :-)

I have tried a number of anti snore devices and most don't seem worth it. Many devices get very mixed reviews which makes me think that snoring has many causes and, depending on what makes you snore, so the device will or will not work. This one works for me. It is comfortable which is a great plus and, while it remains in place, does work well. However, the 'flange' on the device is not really big enough to hold it in place in the mouth for the whole night; it can be easily coughed out. It is not particularly messy and doesn't leak saliva which is a great plus. Five stars because it is really good value. Start your anti snoring exploration with this device as there is very little to lose.

I try anything new designed to stop snoring , not had much luck with throat sprays, nose clips, breathing strips, mandibular devices ......I have used this anti snoring device which pulls tongue forward for seven nights now....it took a couple of nights to get position right so that tongue was not feeling sore but then my snoring almost stopped.....according to my wife as I don't hear myself. Device is easy to clean with eg Milton steriliser fluid , is comfortable after a few nights, does improve snoring.....might even stop it in a few more days !!!!!. I have always suspected pulling togue forward would help reduce snoring and make breathing easier
