Instructions:

Place the device in your mouth, it should rest between your front teeth and the lips. The protruding bulb is outside of your mouth.
The side with the small cut on the dive should go to the bottom side of the mouth.
Squeeze the bulb to let out air.
Place your tongue in the tube and release the bulb. This creates suction vacuum and your tongue attaches to the bulb area of the device.

First of all it takes a little getting used to because your tongue has to go inside the funnel however I don't like the suction on my tongue so I leave it loose. Of course then it falls out. After a few weeks I have to admit it's habit to pop it in and we both get a really good nights sleep. I want people to know that out of everything I have used this is the very best and I never thought I would say that.,but you must stick to it. I will say again it gets much easier to use although In a way it is easy and I cannot recommend it enough. At last something that stops snoring...

It's been years since I sulfur of snoring very important due to the fall of the tongue back. I use orthodontic prostheses to advance the lower jaw, very effective but I couldn't stand it anymore. I was looking for a way to hold the tongue... and I found this product. I have been using it for a few days, at first it wasn't obvious, then I got my lips a little irritated, I put lip balm before I reuse it. Now it's okay, you don't have to dream, but it's worth it since there's no better solution. I highly recommend this product. You have to read the leaflet carefully, and know that you have to get used to it and that you often lose it at night, but easy to put it back. So good courage and good night!!!!
