   this always works for me. i re-do between 9-15 months.for those who have bonding:
   
   i have bonding in my front 2 teeth. my past dentist said there is no way to whiten them. even suggested if i want white teeth i have to do veneers. if only i wasn't broke, i would've done it. i'm so glad i didn't.
   
   i just found another dentist who was willing to just redo my bonding as needed (last time was 3 years ago)
   
   then on a regular basis, because i drink coffee, i just use this whitening strips for maintenance.

   I bought the strips because of the good reviews it received. I have been a coffee drinker for over 40 years and I was shocked when I saw a close up picture of my teeth. I purchased it and used it twice a day as recommended for someone with my degree of "stains." There was a noticeable difference in 3 or 4 days and even my husband commented on it. Now my teeth are not sparkling white and never were and never will be but they are so much better looking. I had no pain with this product. I did find it easy to use but had one problem with my lower teeth. I have somewhat crooked teeth on the bottom and the strip did not hold as well as with the upper teeth but this was due to my teeth and not the strips. As a result of my experience my husband is now using them (once a day) with noticeable success.

   Ordered the strips for me and my fiancee based on all the good reviews. Since, we were both using the same 14day supply box, we only were able to use half the box. The results from just half a box meet my expectations and my fiancees. Her teeth look movie star white, so I really don't think she needs the full 14 days, although I think I could use a couple more days to maybe get a shade or two lighter on a few hard to reach teeth. The advance seal works very well for adhering to those problem teeth that may not be perfectly inline with the adjacent teeth. Just push the strip onto any teeth not perfectly in line and the strip will stay sealed to contour over the adjacent teeth. Amazon's price was perfect and 2 day shipping got it to my door in 1 day.

   Sensitivity: I have very sensitive teeth and gums, but I followed these directions to T (which was to wear them for 30 minutes once-a-day) and I had no sensitivity at all. The one time I left them on for 45 minutes, I noticed sensitivity throughout the day, but it didn't last more than 24 hours.Whitening: Noticeable difference in the color of my teeth at the end of 14 days. About day 10 I started getting compliments and people asking if I had bleached my teeth at the dentist, which made me feel good because I knew that meant they were working.Convenience: These strips are like tape on your teeth, meaning the outside of the strip that rests against your mouth is smooth and free of any gel. They don't move around once placed, and I'd imagine you'd be fine even drinking water or any liquids through a straw.I'm happy with these and am buying another box so I can use a strip or two every few months for maintenance.

   I was a little worried these strips were going to be like the older ones that dissolved on your teeth but they are the newer types that really stick and don't make a mess. I would recommend only following the instructions for the first few days. Once I see a difference in color I only put them on every few months or so. I've made these boxes last YEARS that way. And as an ex smoker of 10 years and black coffee addict.. I can tell you that this product works and can be spread out over time with excellent results. Well worth the price. No need to spend thousands at a dentistsoffice.Itt works by letting hydrogen peroxide (the bleaching agent) sitting on your teeth. I really advise against using it every day for 2 weeks. No one wants over sensitive teeth! Give it a shot. You wont be disappointed in the results. People are always asking my why my teeth are SO white.

   So I'm always skeptical! I have wanted to try these for a while, but $30 was still a bit steep. Finally I couldn't stand how yellow my teeth got! (Coffee and cigarettes daily) Whitening toothpaste did nothing. So I gave these a go and I am SO GLAD I did! I'm not even done with my very first box and my teeth are so much whiter!! I use these once per day before bed. They stay on well and don't ooze (major plus)! Every day I take a picture and compare it to the first one! Amazing progress!!
