   I wasn't sure what to expect, I've seen posts about it starting fires, it being wet. But mine so far has been perfect in the week I've had it. I put water with oil up to the LINE, and it's been on for afew days without needing to be refilled.

   5 Stars for Customer Service. I was so excited when this arrived, and I immediately plugged it in all night, so that I could start using it right away the next day. I was disappointed to find that it wasn't charging, but it did work while it was plugged in, and the colors with water drops are so beautiful, and the sound so soothing. The scent of the essential oil disseminates all around. I haven't used it for long, because I've been trying to keep it plugged in for as long as possible, trying to get it to charge, so I don't know how well it will make my room smell nice, but the box came with a note with point of contact information to address any issues. I emailed my issue, and they replied right away. All they ask for is a photo or video to show that it's not working as advertised. When I provided that, they replied right away that they'll send me a new one. I'm really excited and can't wait to receive it. I have just the perfect spot where I want to put it, near my plants, which unfortunately isn't near an outlet.

   I love this diffuser! It’s so satisfying and relaxing. It’s a must have for your home or room. The sounds are calming and it really does sounds like rain drops. I also really appreciate that it already comes with essential oils to help you get started. The colors are vibrant and the smells are great. I personally haven’t had any problems with it. If you take care of it, it will last! Great option for a gift or just to have for yourself. I definitely recommend this diffuser!
