First let me start by saying that I am an Armed Security Officer. I am VERY pleased with the quality of this vest. I'm 5'9 140lbs Athletic build & it fits me nicely once I adjusted it to my body. It holds 8 fully loaded AR mags and my Glock 19 firm. I had on the vest a fully 24hrs in and out the car walking around comfortably with NO issue.

The back side would have no issues holding it for an extended period of time. The front may fall out if you're doing a lot of activity in it, but it's not even designed to be a real plate carrier so I just wanted to say that it's a great product!

I love this vest! Ive used this vest for a little Ofer 4 months the molle is strong and durable. The cummerbund was a big but with some Carabiners and clips it fits nice and snug. The most pocket is just big enough to store paper work, flashlight battery, 1-2 rifle mags. Over all a great vest!
