“The Fat Cat” Cat Backpack – For Larger Cats

Our breathable cat backpack is great for larger “big boned” cats, 2 medium sized cats (yes, you can use it for two cats), or lots of kittens! All of our styles have a clip and bungee for you to attach a leash so your cat can “hang out” of the backpack!

When using this feature, the seat belt hook attachment can provide additional safety.

Good Ventilation: A large number of ventilation holes and mesh panels on both sides and top allow air to circulate. Replacement mesh windows are installed for more ventilated use. You can also open the top window or remove the bubble window for your fur friends. The seat belt prevents your pet from jumping out of the harness.

Easy to wear for fat cat... Cat is getting use to being carted around. Tall feline wont enjoy the window unless he squats down a bit.. once our big boy relaxes he is good... I wouldn’t recommend long walks on really hot days... gets toasty in carrier. Plastic window can scratch if against floor or wall surface.

I have a 12 lb 10 month old cat that I bought this backpack for. We live on a ranch so I was able to try it out with him in the pasture. He took to it immediately! No meowing just watched the cattle out of the bubble. I’ll do a few more trips with him in the pasture before going to the hiking trails. I have also left it open and on the floor and found him exploring it! The backpack is sturdy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

I got this backpack for my Maine coone mix, Thor. He outgrew the other cat backpack I got, so I upgraded to this bigger one. Now, it IS big, so it's big heavy and sticks out from your back a lot, but its a super nice quality and it fits my Thor perfectly! He has lots of space to lay down, turn around, and get comfy. He loves it so much, he sleeps in it when I'm not even using it! Plus, I love the bubble! The only thing I had to adjust for myself (since I'm a bit short) was adding some extra padding on the bottom edge that touches my back. It's sturdy which is good, but it digs into the small of my back a bit. I'm sure taller people have no issues with that! Overall, I'd buy this backpack again and again!
