Clean the needle with alcohol.
Insert the needle.
Clean, with alcohol, the part of the skin that has to be treated.
Press the power button to turn the device on.
Choose desired level of intensity by clicking on the arrows – up and down. (Start with lower)
Press power button again to turn on the light.
When done turn off the device.

Hundreds of pounds to get moles / skin tags removed at clinics so in desperation bought this hoping it would work. Tried on level 3 to start with but ended up on level 9 and once you get the hang off it, maintaining a steady arc of lightning, the moles and skin tags get smoked!!!! Brilliant!!!! Seen video’s of folks putting on numbing cream but its a tickle and nothing at all. Great bit of kit and delighted to see my many skin tags and moles disappear. Highly recommend.

I’ve removed a few moles big and small with this. It does the job just be patient as it can take a couple of times. Be aware that you will be left with a scar afterwards where the mole was it doesn’t just perfectly disappear but that’s to be expected.

Iv had this Pen for awhile and have been scared to use it but the skin tags around my neck have been getting on my nerves so I decided to take the plunge and use it it works really well and has removed all skin tags you just have to burn them until they fall off usually wiping them with tissue helps I even done one that I had in the corner of my eye and it’s gone it doesn’t necessarily hurt It’s more like a tingling sensation I started on three and work my way up to 5 and that was enough to remove them

My sister removed a skin tag from the back of my neck for me. It took a while as even though it showed fully charged it kept stopping. Eventually did its job. Im relatively happy with it. God knows what the star questions are in relation to this product. Expect it to hurt but its no worse than having a tattoo.

Used this on multiple skin tags that I had on my neck. Zapped them and they scabbed over and fell off after a couple of days. Now fully healed you would never ever know I had skin tags as the skin is smooth and clear. So glad I purchased this little gadget.
