I really like these sandals, but i will tell you there is an adjustment period. As a runner, my feet take a pounding and these provide just the right amount displacement pressure around my foot pad to drive away the running pain. The short story is that these sandals will hurt for the first few times you wear them so go slow, let your feet adapt. Soon you'll be craving them.

So I love this little rug. I am an avid gardener and live in a tropical rain forest. I walk barefoot most of the time and yes my feet can get well GROSS. In the past when bathing it was hard to get all the grime off and I would use a hand towel. Now I just add some soap to my feet and scrub away with my new nifty rug. I absolutely love it. Feels great and seems to stay in place.

I purchased this product and was surprised at the quality and job well done. The bristles are a little stiff but I didn't stand on it , instead moved my feet over the bristles to apply the degree of pressure desired. I applied a little liquid soap to the pad and it worked well. I then had another idea.... I rinsed off my pad then applied it to my shower wall and had a back scrubber. I will now order another one for the wall. My feet and back both feel tingly and clean .

When I first put these on, I said oh hell no. I call them my torture shoes. After wearing them for less than a minute, I was sure I was going to return them. Then, I read the reviews. So I decided to give them a chance. I wear socks. (these are definitely a fashion statement, especially with socks). Be patient. They hurt like hell for about a week. Only wear them for short time periods. They're horrible at first. After only one week, my feet feel better. Hang in there!
