I use this every day. It feels great, and works great to keep my feet scrubbed and clean! I don't think the nubs are too hard as I read in one review. I'm 6'1" and 200 lbs, and so my feet really press into this gel mat. The feelers are longer at the top to get in between your toes. And the suction cup covered back ensures the mat does not slip. They are also great for slapping the mat onto the vertical wall of the tub to drain and dry between showers.

I've tried products like this before, & this is by far my favorite. It sticks to the bottom of the tub w/o coming unstuck. It's big enough for 2 feet at the same time. Put some favorite liquid soap on the bristles & just rub. Got my feet really clean w/o my having to bend. Rinsed easily.

I was a little skeptical when I purchased these, I have suffered with plantar fasciitis for a couple years and spent a lot on tapes, ice socks, creams etc.., these shoes are amazing!!! By the second day I had some relief but after a week of wearing for 15 minutes a day my feet are healing!!! I have been telling everyone I know with foot pain to check these out.

I slipped them on thinking, I have been in labor, I have got this! I went from the living room to the kitchen ensuring the pain. I don't walk bare foot due to plantar fasciitis. I wasn' sure I was going to make it back! The pain was no JOKE! After a week or so, my feet were feeling better and these slippers are not excruciating to wear. Stick to it, it gets better.
