First let me say I test this bad boy out and I had to put it back down lol. I just had my baby 5 months ago so this body of mine is a little off. The first set I did was a struggle but I could feel the stretch in my inner thighs and under my arms. Don’t get me wrong I loved it but I have to do baby steps lol. Also I love that I can use it while I’m keeping a eye on my son. I definitely will tell the women I know to get it because it’s beneficial in every way.

Used it for the first time yesterday...I ordered the 120lb. I am only 5'1 so adjusting the straps was a must. I love that it has rings..Im not stuck with just having 120lbs of resistance. Once I started experimenting with the different exercises I could do I immediately fell in love with this. I am more sore than I usually am doing exercises with my body weight. Great substitute for the gym.

By itself, this product it ok. It is hard to get good tension at the bottom of the squat even with the adjustment straps at their shortest. Maybe the bands should be shorter. On the other hand, the squat bar with the adjustment straps is a godsend when used on my bowflex exceed. I got a gym quality squat workout. Because the straps are so versatile, you can adjust them to put the bar into perfect position for: squat, bench, rows, military press. Great value compared to buying just the straps from bowflex. I can still throw this into my suitcase and travel with it as well.

This is a great standalone set or addition to bands with handles for those doing calisthenic/outdoor/at home exercise. Particularly in this day and age when it may be less safe to go to the gym, I find this a good addition to my existing equipment. You can do curls, shoulder presses and tricep pressdowns. If you are trained, the resistance will not be enough for squats or rows, but its still worthwhile as with most elastic band sets you only get to do single joint movements. This allows an array of multiple joint movements. Quality is very high as well.

I like the gym, but due to COVID, I have fallen off. If you travel for work or want to workout at home, it is compact and will fit in your carry-on bag or checked bag easily or put on a shelf till your next home workout. It comes with a booklet that shows you step by step all the different exercises you can do—targeted workout and easy-to-follow instructions. .Hotel gyms are closed, so this is a GREAT alternative to help you keep up with your fitness goals. I had an issue with my order and sent the case Traby; the company responded RIGHT AWAY and resolved the issue. Customer service is excellent. I feel that they genuinely want you to have what you ordered. This seller will be on my list for anything that I am looking for, and if they have it, I will buy it from them.
