I’ve used these insoles for several years. I keep a pair in every pair of shoes because I hate switching insoles. These are affordable and I don’t have any issues with my feet. The listing for sizing was straightforward in the beginning, then they started intermingling male,female sizes, which I complained about. They’ve fixed that issue. I wear a size 14W shoe. I’ve found with current sizing that if I order the size 14 in the insole, it’s just a touch small. Thus, I order the 15 and it’s perfect. This issue might be caused because I wear a wide shoe.

I am in love with these insoles! Bought these on a whim after trying every Dr Scholl's insole. I walk a minimum of 6 miles daily at work in boots, and these insoles have significantly improved my work day. I don't experience heel pain or leg pain anymore, thinking about even getting a pair for my regular shoes!

I would think that during jogging,walking type exercise my foot strike motion was slight supination to slight pronation. Now that I’m older my arches are tending to weaken which puts some abnormal stress at the ankle area. The goal is to provide some firm support for the arch which would relieve the ankle area stress. These inserts, with their firm arch support, seem to accomplish this goal. Duration is still a question but the claim is 2 years. I am using these inserts in Merrill shoes as the Merrill inserts do not have firm arch support although their side and motion support is very good.

I had a pretty stubborn and ambitious time. These sturdy arch support insoles combined with a good high arch shoe provide instant pain relief. Naturally, "all" of the pain was not eliminated. But, it is plummeting. You won't want to take your shoes off when trying these on. These pads are quite effective.

Week 2, my heels don't hurt. I forgot I had a problem with my left foots toes.What they don't help with. Back pain, knee pain and hip pain. But the simple fact that I can be on my feet for most of 10 hours a day and can walk normally without hurting I can live with the other stuff.
