I am very satisfied with the insoles, I plan to buy another pair as they are very reasonable priced! They are rather heavy duty, thick and stiff, but that is what I wanted in hopes they would stay durable for hiking. I used them in my hiking sandals for extra support, with a small enough dab of super glue under each heel to hold them in place, but so they could still be removed if I ever want to remove them. They worked great for hiking. They have a raised arch support and a heel cup. The color is inconspicuous. Thanks!

I have had pain in my heels since December and now it’s mid February. I have tried so many different insoles. Came across these walk- hero and thought why not try these. Received them yesterday evening and wore them today to work. Amazing first day in 2 months no heel pain. These insoles are the best things I have ever found. Buying another pair to have as a spare.

I've used Dr. Scholl's in the past when needing some additional arch support and heel cushion for a pair of shoes. These fit my shoes perfectly (based on the specific size I ordered) and did not need to trim them down. The cushion and support of these insoles are what I was wanting. I don't know how long they will last and continue to provide this level of support as I have had them for a week, and only time will tell.

These are almost identical to the pads my podiatrist sold me. After buying 3 pairs from him, I found these to be a better fit for some of my shoes. I have plantar fasciitis and wearing shoes that fit my feet properly, I can walk without pain. The difference between these and the ones you buy at the store is that they don't have a bend in the arch, which is what my pediatrician says I need for proper support. If you have any kind of foot or leg disease, try these. I found the size to be very accurate.
