Great product. Very firm arch support for shoes that don't have enough, or have soles that are too thin or flexible for all-day wear. In a big city where driving is infeasible, you walk everywhere and I have a growing collection of inserts for various shoes. I normally wear a 9 and I bought the women's 9-9.5 and it is the right size. It is too thick for very shallow shoes, like skimmers or ballet flats, but in some cases I found it fit better than the gel inserts, especially in the toe area. The arch is high, but the toe area is much flatter so the tops of your toes aren't hitting the top of the shoe. Highly recommend these.

Great product! Plantar fasciitis makes it impossible for me to walk. I followed my doctor's instructions for rest, ice and exercise but to no avail, not even the other brand of insoles I bought. I found this product by accident and because of the good reviews I ordered a pair. These insoles instantly support my arch, so I alternately use them in my regular slippers and walking shoes. I got tired of it after the first few days, so I ordered 2 more pairs just because I had previously discovered that some companies stopped making a certain product for whatever reason. what. Anyway, I didn't have to trim or change the product at all - just ripped off my old pads and put them in the brackets they worked just fine. I've been wearing them for 2 weeks now.

As a person who had a hard time using custom orthotics, I have to say these are a god send. while they aren't quite as firm as a custom orthotic, they are comfortable enough not to require a lengthy break-in period. And they are only half as bulky, so I can fit them into some casual shoes that my prescription ones won't go into. I think this product is the perfect middle ground between comfort and support. They are a perfect starter orthotic or addition - to custom orthotic wearers that need an affordable back-up pair for shoes. the five star reviewers are correct.

I've been suffering with plantar fasciitis in my right heel for months. I'm trying numerous remedies to relieve the pain. These insoles are one of many attempted remedies. They arrived promptly and I placed them in a pair of shoes designed to alleviate heel pain. For the first couple of hours, it felt like the arch support was misplaced. I took a walk to see if they needed a little break-in. Yes, with a bit of patience and some walking they became very comfortable. My heel pain did not magically disappear. It has lessened enough for me to casually walk around without looking for a place to sit. I recommend all purchasers of these insoles to be prepared for some initial discomfort until you've worn them and walked around a bit. Be patient!
