For the past 3 months my power usage has been down from last years billing by 25 to 50%. I am sure there are other factors involved also, but hard not to suggest that these devices do work. I have 2 electric panels. I bought 3 and placed one at each panel outlet and one at the farthest outlet from the main panel.

I now have three installed in various areas. I feel like it works, but I have no true way of knowing. My electricity bill was definitely less this summer with the A/C on and the pool running, and the kids going in and out. I am very happy with it and have offered to buy my children some, but they can't believe that it is really helping. Some reviews say that it works for a while and then quits working, but for the price, I will buy a new one and try it again.
