I don't know why people complain that it doesn't get hot, my scalp isn't even sensitive and I feel a burning sensation when it heats up on the highest setting - so I have to use it low but it's PERFECT For deep moisturizing. I would normally rinse the product out of my hair and use this with olaplex, or shampoo and then use with a deep conditioner. The chord is long enough to stick on the floor while I'm sitting on the bed. I can even walk a few feet to turn on the ceiling fan. In addition, it is very comfortable and does not irritate your forehead like some other hats. There's a zipper to tighten the cap, but if you're using something oily, you'll want a towel to drip onto. I would recommend this limitation to anyone. It was very relaxing and really helped treat my thirsty, dry hair.

It is very easy to use. I have used it twice already. Once for myself and once for my niece. I really like how it helps my hair absorb the conditioner and oil. (You provide the balm, liquid or oil(s) of your choice.) My hair feels so nourished, (even after the next few days)! This is convenient and well worth the inexpensive cost. I found this for 2x this cost on another site. Now if it lasts, I will be overjoyed!

I love this product. I have a 4c hair texture. I’ve used this product twice since purchasing it. My hair is super soft after using it for about half an hour. My only complaint is the first time I used it, it kept turning off. I had to constantly turn it off and on. Second time it didn’t do that.

It has a plastic lining that zips out for easy cleaning and it gets hair-warmed without being irritating. Use it once a week for deep conditioning. It's a plug-in device so portability suffers, but I'm fine with that because it's lightweight and I don't feel like I'm wearing a brick on my head. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Easy to use, the cap is a bit difficult to adjust with the drawstring, not a tight fit, but very comfortable. The cord is long enough that the tip won't be at an odd angle when plugged in, but not too long for you to walk around. This is just what I needed for a pre-show deep conditioning treatment.
