Bought as a gift for my mom. She loves it. With an experienced hand, it works well for light stitching. Don't expect this to replace a standard full sized sewing machine for heavy duty sewing. My mom uses this for light tasks, such as shortening and restitching pillow cases.

This a great product for what I need. I use it to sew the ends of my rag rug strips when I am traveling. A little hard to thread. A needle threader is a must, but It is great! You need to know that is a "chain" stitch. So it will unravel if you don't tie a knot in the the end of your stitch row or handle it carefully. I would buy it again!

I was using this to make a fleece bedding with water proof under lining and it worked great. The thread came out the onl problem i had was reading the instructions on how to re thread I looked up a youtube video and boom back in buisness. Not hard to thread fits in hand nicely.Great for a apartment with no room for a sewing machine due to my umm gaming addiction >_<

This thing proved to be much handier than a shirt pocket. First trip out of the box, it worked like a charm. So did the second, third and fourth. I'm an outdoorsman and needed to do some repair on some of my gear. It made it a whole lot easier to do this outside, and the stitches were strong and I know this will last and make future jobs easier. I even fixed a shirt pocket on an old work shirt myself.
