   So about a year ago I got a similar item as a gift. After a year on daily use, the pockets for the credit cards broke apart. I was bummed. It said I'd try it even though it was a different brand. Not only does it have an extra pocket then most, but the pockets themselves appear wider, allowing 2 cards to sit easily in each pocket .

   I am extremely happy I decided to give this wallet a try. I progressed from a bi-fold wallet years ago and eventually switched to a money clip to keep in my front pocket since the bi-fold in the back pocket was starting to hurt my back from driving almost 100-150 miles daily. My last money clip had worn out again and I decided to look for something new.

   On my way in to a hockey game the other night, walking through security, someone asked me what this was. I explained that it was an RFID blocking wallet. She said, "Does it work?" I replied that I had no idea, because I didn't have any way to test it. Then I realized that we have RFID locks on all the doors at the hotel where I work. I know I can put a key card in a regular wallet and tap the door, and the key will work (in fact, I borrowed a wallet from a co-worker just to prove that again)... but when I put the key in this wallet and tried it, it would not work - even when I put the key on the side closest to the lock. I even tried with the wallet open, but it still wouldn't work. It's very compact, holds a decent amount... I put too much stuff in it once and forced it closed, and it was difficult to open... but it's great for every day. I got the purple and it's a great color!

   In current times, it has become apparent that women carrying purses in public can increase the risk of them becoming the victim of a crime. Often women have been knocked down with a hard blow and their purses stolen.Leaving the purse at home and carrying all credit cards, ID, insurance cards and cash in one of these is an easy in the pocket solution. I was gifted with one in 2008 and have really appreciated ever since. Therefore, I find this to be a wonderful gift for friends and family. It shows I really care about their well being. In addition, these a great quality for a good price.
