Usage Tips

Tracker is a product based on Bluetooth 5.0 low energy technology. Used with an application. To download it, go to the App Store or Google Play and enter “findelfi”

. After installation, open the “Automatic operation” tab.
Then turn on the scanner by pressing for more than 3 seconds until you hear a “beep” twice in a row.
Open your application, click Device, then click Connect.
You are here! Now you always know where your dog is.
To turn it off, press the button for more than 5 seconds until you hear a “beep”.

Once this device was charged it started tracking from my home which I haven't experienced with trackers before. Usually I have to drive them around until the satellite "sees" them and GPS lock is created. It's also been nice not having to go back and forth with tech support when the tracking stops for whatever reason (as I've done with past trackers). The tracking has been seamless ! Definitely recommending this to my mom friends with teenage drivers

A nifty tracker to track vehicles. The setup is very easy. It is small, compact and fits conveniently in the glove compartment. You can get a lot of data on speed and vehicle usage. Looks like it also has some paid services like roadside assistance (I have not used it though). The iPhone app also works great! Overall, very satisfied. Would very much recommend it to anyone.

This has been valuable for tracking. Accuracy is fairly good with some occasional misreads, likely because the device wasn't moving for a while. App is pretty easy / intuitive to use. Battery life has been good, approx. one week on a full charge. Have been using for several months. Don’t lose the power cord I couldn’t locate a replacement. Valuable tracker

Just got it and set it up. Everything was smooth and easy breezy. The included instruction is very clear and to the point. I was able to register, sign up for a plan, sign into my account, download the apps onto my Android and iPad without a hitch. The app is very easy to use and the website on my laptop is top-notch. The GPS data is very accurate except occasional delay taking more than 1 minute to update. "Map it" function is not available in Android app, however. It's only available on Windows and iPhone. We'll give it a few weeks to see how it performs. May I order a few more in the future if no issue.
