So I’ve been using this for about a week and I can tell you that it works. I’ve been getting horrible acne due to hormones and it has already cleared it up. I use a serum then cover my face with gauze as recommended and do a z pattern with the wand. For spot treatments I hold it just above my skin and slowly go over it. Also I always place my finger at the base until i place it on my face to prevent a “zap”.
