We were looking for an alternative to the standard patio heater design that looks like a palm tree for our backyard. The heater looked well reviewed and the pyramid style offered a more stylish look than the standard tree heater. Putting the together is much more simple than imagined. Total build time from unboxing to functional was about 1 hour. The directions are straight forward and simple to follow. I recommend a wrenching screwdriver as it will save you time versus the included tools. Following the igniting and operation instructions are simple. The range of Pamapic at full power covered almost 200sqft of patio in comfortable heat on a 55 degree night. Pretty amazing. I would suggest to anyone investing in a patio heater to spend the extra money to get a quality product like the this.

I wanted a heater for our back deck so we could extend the deck's usefulness throughout the colder Fall nights. I wanted a heater that would make a bold statement and get the job done. The this Patio Heater was just what I was looking for. When it arrived, I was somewhat nervous because there seemed to be a lot of parts and I had to put the thing together by myself. However, it wasn't so bad and I had the thing together within 2 hours. the instructions were easy to follow. Firing it up, the heater gave off an impressive amount of heat. There was some kind of mix-up with the delivery, but I found the customer service responsive and they got the matter cleared up. Overall, I am very satisfied with my heater purchase.

This is so well packaged, that even though the outer carton was damaged in shipping, the heater was protected and was not harmed. The assembly instructions were complete and well illustrated, so setup was quick and easy. Everything fit together nicely. Our only problem was getting it to light, because the battery in the igniter had been put in backwards. Customer service was quick to respond and as soon as we put the battery in correctly, the unit lit right up. It is a lovely addition to our deck and keeps us warm on chilly evenings. A beautiful unit!

Love our new patio propane heater. It is tall!! But gives off great heat. The wheels are nice to move it around. We are keeping it on our deck and you can move it (carefully) over the boards to position it away from fabrics, chairs, etc. and then tuck it away in a corner when not in use. It looks beautiful when lit! Creates and a nice atmosphere with lots of warmth. My husband put it together and although he said it was not hard to do it took awhile.

I received the two heaters that i ordered. Had damage to one heater in transit (broken glass tube, damaged ignitor/burner) and it appears the other burner unit is defective and will not ignite. I contacted the seller and they quickly helped me with replacement pieces within 2 days. I haven't been able to use the heaters yet but i'm very impressed with the customer service from this seller. If you're in the market for outdoor heaters, I would recommend buying from them.

It took 45 minutes to put this heater together. It could have taken less time, but I had my 3 year old grandson "helping" me. The packaging protected the unit very well. Nothing could possibly be damaged. Even the screws and the little pieces were wrapped in an easy to use plastic package. The instructions were simple to follow, with great pictures and a step by step guide. In the end, we fired it up, and the heater worked perfectly. And, as the advertisement says, the fire flowing through the glass tube is mesmerizing!!
