This is an amazing product. Our formica counter top in the kitchen had a small 1/4" chip (black) that always drew my eye. I decided to take a chance on a product I had never heard of -- thinking all along that the repair job would only make matters worse. Wah Lah! After following the clear instructions that came with the kit, I couldn't find the chipped spot when I finished. The counter top looks good as new!

I used this product to repair a pair of faux leather tan boots where the vinyl had torn off leaving a view of the liner. I was able to get a close (enough) color match to cover the hole. I did not use any patching cloth or filler but it worked fine for the small area. (About 1/4 in.) I did not use the color formulas in the instructions.
