I do not know what the problem is but I literally had to get a mechanical engineer to get this loaded with paper. It is great once its together. I think maybe a 5 year old could help. It is all written in Japanese OBVS, but the thing is pretty the paper is my idea of the perfect paper, albeit expensive, to take notes like in a bible study group or garden club notes etc. not one you could take lots of notes or you will broke buying paper refills. Its nice really but the thing really is a devil to open.

Came in tip-top condition. I was surprised that it came with paper (but that was probably just me because I didn't read all of the info provided for this product). The color is super lovely (as shown); the cover was more flexible than I thought but that was expected since it's quite thin. I love that I can bring it anywhere; doesn't take up much space. It's super easy to clip and unclip the rings, and the paper quality is excellent as well. I use this binder specifically for one of my classes, and it's been holding up wonders. I'll definitely be getting another one, but maybe in another color.

Product arrived ahead of schedule and is even more beautiful than pictured. This size (B5) is PERFECT to carry with my iPad, unlike the larger American notebooks(A5). The soft pink color adds a quiet touch of femininity and pairs well with my Gold iPad. I also ordered the Campus B5 paper and Tombow pens(pictured). This means I have no more excuses as to why I can’t perfect my Kanji Practice. This seller offers the best price, to date, of this product and their services are prompt and cheerful. I am the keeper of lists. Shopping lists, budgets, home renovations, chore lists (which I then ignore). I'm always jotting down phone numbers, addresses, recipes, dates, times, thoughts and info. I love that I can reorder the pages and discard ones I don't need and add more. I'm able to keep the notebook slim and more comfortable to write on. Unlike a binder, the back cover flips just like a regular notebook. The spring mechanism does seem delicate, though, and I can see it breaking if it gets jostled in a backpack. The price is also a bit high, being a Japanese import. On the whole, I’m happy with my purchase and would consider getting more.

the Kokuyo brand is very high quality as most Japanese stationery products are. This binder is a great way to save buying multiple notebooks. It’s easily refillable and portable to carry around. If you want a binder that is a little more studier and can hold more pages, I would get the 60 page version of this binder, which is a lot thicker and more sturdy.
