I have arthritis, and have used heating pads for years, consider myself a bit of an expert LOL! I have had many of the Sunbeam, tried others, but have always gone back. I even ordered one for my daughter who has a little arthritis as well. It washes sooooo good, is soft, and the heat is comfy, even when the hottest setting. Great size too. Highly recommend.

For moist heat, all you do is spray the pad with some water and turn it on! I have terrible back pain due to arthritis, and this heating pad is a MUST!

Good size, soft, heats up quickly, and I have it behind my back as I write this. No hard plastic, with a cloth cover, just softness! Nice long cord, and an easy four setting control. It will shut off after two hours, the "on" light will blink, but a push of the button and your on your way to heat. I use the two hour off as a timer for me to get up, or reposition. Highly satisfied with this purchase.

It is also a great size..I am very small, but have had four back surgeries and it covers all of the parts of my back I need every single night. Couldn't live without this thing! Seriously.
