I have some pretty bad keloid scars on my face (jawline). They were perpetually itchy and sensitive. Since applying this gel, I think I've had some improvement in the raised-ness of the scars and the discoloration. The relief to itching came quickly too. It's not been a month yet, so I don't know how far this OTC solution can take me, but so far the signs all seem good. I was worried because the price is not cheap, but because only a very thin layer of the gel is needed for each application, I think this will work out ok.

I loved the product. It does take awhile for it to work. It may not seem like the product is working at first, but you need to be patient. I used the product on a keloid that was 5 years old and used the gel for 2-3 months. The keloid is completely gone without a scar. I haven't tried the product on other scars, but for keloids it works great. Like I said it does take awhile for it to work, but I haven't found a product that works this great so I am happy to wait for it to work.
